Bay Center Foods is a state-of-the-art, highly automated food production company that serves Chick-fil-A® restaurant Operators and their customers across the country by providing them with the lemon juice needed to produce Chick-fil-A® Lemonade.

Through a precise process known as high-pressure pasteurization (HPP), we’re able to maintain the delicious taste that Chick-fil-A customers expect without making any compromises along the way. We are High-Pressure Certified®, and while what we do might sound a bit technical, we have a whole lot of fun doing it.

The way we work comes with plenty of advantages:


We use fresh, whole lemons. From there, using a juice-extraction process that mimics hand squeezing, we’re able to retain the perfect flavor.


By shipping only lemon juice, we’ve reduced the weight associated with the transportation of lemons — thereby reducing emissions and helping the environment — and found ways to repurpose discarded peels and other lemon byproducts into different applications, keeping waste out of the landfill.


We capture the taste of hand-squeezed lemon juice at scale — for restaurants to prepare enough Chick-fil-A Lemonade to meet customer demand, today and tomorrow.


We provide high-quality lemon juice — enough for Chick-fil-A restaurants to create and serve  delicious lemonade to customers chainwide on an ongoing basis.
