A taste of what we’re all about

Quality. Service. Imagination.

Bay Center Foods provides Chick-fil-A® restaurants with unmatched lemon juice, so they can prepare what we believe is the best lemonade around. We’re dreaming up new ways to help local franchised Operators focus on what they do best.

At Bay Center Foods, we’re Growing a Brighter Future.
For those we serve, and for one another.

Our story, with a twist

Lemonade got its start at Chick-fil-A, Inc., our parent company, when a thoughtful family member decided to go the extra mile. A leader who was always looking for new ways to delight customers.

Today, Bay Center Foods is living proof that a warm smile and a service-first mindset can spread far and wide. Because while that delicious balance of sweet and tart you get in Chick-fil-A® Lemonade started with a single idea and a bunch of great lemons, it now depends on a group of dedicated people who are focused on getting it right. That’s where Bay Center Foods comes in.

Many of the unexpected opportunities we encounter are small but significant.

At Bay Center Foods, it’s our pleasure to bring to life the taste of hand-squeezed lemon juice at scale — for restaurants to prepare enough Chick-fil-A Lemonade to meet growing customer demand. We use a juice-extraction process that mimics hand squeezing and retains the same natural, vibrant flavor Chick-fil-A® customers have come to know and love.

The taste is the same today as it was when Chick-fil-A Lemonade was first introduced to customers. Because that’s the way it should be.

From ingenuity like this, Bay Center Foods was born. And we’re just getting started.

For years, restaurants found themselves juicing up to 40 cases of fresh lemons a day to keep up with demand. Over time, space got a little tight. So, they were in a bit of a squeeze but there’s a wonderful twist. Together, Chick-fil-A and Bay Center Foods were presented with the opportunity to innovate and solve the challenge. One could say that when life gave us lemons, we figured out how to make even more lemonade.
